The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set forth in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal between you and Meyer Ventures.

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

    Information you submit through application or contact forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of an application does not create a service agreement; engagements begin only upon mutual execution of a written agreement.

    Fees for services are set forth in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from our services. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
